When we started looking for an apartment in the Costa Blanca, the main assets were space and tranquility in an environment with all amenities close by. A place where it is fun to be with children and which is centrally located, making it easy for us to discover the beautiful surroundings.
When we entered this apartment, which was still under construction, we were charmed by the light and the openness. This feeling of space was further enhanced when we went to the roof terrace and there the decision to purchase was made. And that is where the name was born: La Azotea = the roof terrace.
With a shop around the corner, bars and restaurants within walking distance and several towns and beaches within easy reach by car, this is the ideal location for a holiday with lots of variety. The golf course and padel tennis court complete the offer.
