The apartment is located on the grounds of Vistabella Golf. (golf, padel and bowling grounds accessible on foot).
This "urbanization" is secured and is located on the Costa Blanca in Spain. Vistabella Golf is located between the major cities of Alicante and Murcia and is close to Cartagena and a number of seaside resorts. (See highlights).
The beaches are also easily accessible by car (15 minutes).
At 100m from the apartment there is a supermarket with a wide range of food and non-food products, several bars and restaurants, a hairdresser and beauty salon. Opposite the shop there is also a small playground.
A little further on the domain (walking distance) there are several restaurants and a pharmacy. These businesses are mainly visited by people staying on the domain - so they do not bring any crowds.
Larger supermarkets and retailers (bakery, butcher) are easily accessible by car (10 minutes)
